Call or Text to schedule your appointment:
Please allow 45-60 minutes for your initial session; depending on service, this time allows for your initial consult, digital meridian screening, and your first treatment. Follow-up sessions are 20-30 minutes.

Prepare for your initial appointment:
Once scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email which confirms appointment details, policy information, etc. along with a link/attachment of our New Patient Intake Form.

In-Person appointments: please complete and present the appropriate intake form on your scheduled appointment date. If you are unable to complete beforehand, please arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete in-office.

Remote appointments: please complete and email the appropriate intake form before your scheduled appointment date.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Your initial session:
You will meet and consult with Dr. Brooke who will review your paperwork, discuss your health concerns, and provide a treatment tailored to your needs.

After your session:
The body will be processing the session for hours and days afterwards. Regardless of how the body is exhibiting, allow for some time in the day to be attentive to the body’s signals, and rest if needed.

Mosaic Healing Arts is located on the top floor of the beautiful Atrium Professional Building in Hayden, ID. There are two entrances. The entrance closest to our suite (307) as well as handicap parking/ramp can be found at the back-side of the parking lot (facing I-95). Inside, there are both stairs and elevator access conveniently located near the entrances.

Please Note: If you are unable to keep your appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. The full appointment fee will be assessed if there is failure to provide said notice.
